The Center for Urban Innovation is committed to serving and engaging a wide range of local leaders in the Phoenix region as well as around the nation.

While much of our work focuses on developing applied solutions to local challenges and developing new innovations for local governments and nonprofit organizations, the Center also provides a range of services in addition to the applied research, including technical assistance services, organizational development, and administration and elected official training. We integrate students in almost all of our engagement work in order to provide a hands-on experience for students to learn how evidence-based policy can be created, implemented, and evaluated.
