Urban Innovation Research Network (UIRN)

The Center is currently launching an exciting new initiative to bring together approximately 20 universities into a network that serves as a board of advisors to the Center and that helps guide (and participate in) an applied research agenda. The network will meet twice per semester virtually. The group will serve as a conduit for incoming research topics and opportunities as well as disseminating new research to the wider academic and practitioner community. Given that the most useful innovations in government today are coming from local jurisdictions, this network will help support them by focusing on the issues and opportunities confronting local governments with multiple scholars from this network bringing their extraordinary talents to bear.
